Jeremy founded Northwinds in 2024 after twenty-five years in operating roles across fintech, ad tech, and digital media — most recently as EVP of Ecosystem & Partnerships at Xero, and before that leading Business Product & Platform Partnerships at Stripe. Earlier, he ran the DoubleClick business across Asia-Pacific at Google, where revenue grew from $400M to $1.2B over three years.
