Fintech infrastructure

Engaged by the Board as fractional CEO during a critical period leading to a strategic sale. Doubled customer revenue in four months by reprioritizing the roadmap toward highest-opportunity customers, identified and addressed serious cost-structure issues by renegotiating data-aggregator contracts (cutting COGS by 30%), and led BD and Engineering through the uncertainty of the sale process. The company ultimately sold for 2× the initial estimate.

Customer data platform

Built the partner strategy with major cloud platforms to grow the reseller business, including securing key pitch meetings and refining value-proposition materials. The work contributed to the company being named Google Cloud Partner of the Year. Also supported organizational development, including team structuring and recruiting a Chief Revenue Officer.

SMB SaaS leader

Designed a channel strategy to open a new customer-acquisition pipeline, then operationalized it — pipeline prioritization aligned to customer segment and life stage, pitch materials, and operational playbooks. Also supported organizational development, including team structure and hiring a new Director to run the function.

Pre-Series A telecom platform

GTM strategy and execution — target-segment identification, value-proposition development, and pipeline-management best practices — alongside investing strategy (round timing and ideal lead-investor profile), product strategy (customer-UI phasing and technical options), and organizational development. Provides ongoing coaching to the CEO.
